Pet Policy
Indigo at Berewick is a pet-friendly community! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.
There is a $350 one-time non-refundable Pet Fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. Pet Rent is $20 per month per pet. There is a weight limit of 75 lbs. per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
Breeds Restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarias, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
